0 Calorie BLT – Day 2

Tuesday night is probably my favorite night of the week because Biggest Loser is on. I call it my 0 Calorie BLT (Biggest Loser Tonight). I’ve been hooked ever since the first season and I’ve seen so many people change their lives for the better. I’ve seen obese people change their bodies into athletes in a matter of weeks and each week my heart wishes I was there beside them. I think I finally have to face the facts and realize I won’t ever have the assistance of being on Biggest Loser and I can’t afford a Personal Trainer so I just have to find the strength within myself to do it. I need to get my ass back to the gym and I need to make the most of each workout.

I watched FOOD.INC today – man was that an eye opener. I’ve had a bit of a headache after watching it as my mind has been racing. Things need to change in the food industry and I have to start supporting that change. I may just be one person but I hope my example will show others and they will make changes in their thinking as well. More on that topic coming soon….

That being said I think I need to set my first goal tonight. My goal is to get to the gym once this week to get a feel for it and my goal for next week is to go 3 times. It might be a small goal to most but to me it is been something I have been stressing over for a long time now.

This isn’t about hoping and dreaming anymore it is about setting goals, making changes and achieving all that I want to achieve. I don’t want to wish anymore I just want to make things happen.

My Journey Begins - Day 1

This blog is dedicated to all those 30 something women who feel a little lost in life, in relationships and finding their true self physically, spiritually and emotionally. I am here fighting the same struggles and I hope my journey will bring you comfort that you are not alone.

I look forward to setting all sorts of goals for myself and recording my journey in achieving them. I hope to learn a lot, share a lot and hopefully there will be a lot of laughter along the way.

Cheers to finding the Fit and Fabulous in all of us!
