Crossfit Class 1 - Posted July 22, 2013



I want to capture this moment because I'm pretty sure this workout is going to change my life for the better, forever. Scared to death but ready to give it all I have. The "before" picture... — at Reebok CrossFit FirePower.

I survived!! Lets see if I can walk tomorrow

Warm up 400m run
10 pole/wall squats

Skills: Air squats, Front squats, Back squats, Overhead squats

Tonight's workout (WOD)
500m row
40 squats
30 sit-ups
20 push ups (modified military)
10 ring rows
