Setting My First Fitness Goal - Posted July 9, 2013

Photo: Suggestions please! So I want to set my first fitness goal to work towards for around the November timeframe. I want to train for something challenging to really make me work. 5km run? Dirty girl mud run? Something fun... Id love to do the mud run but that is far too advanced. Any suggestions??
